Shipping Info
Items are shipped without tracking,

if you want tracking you have to add 4 euros when ordering and say in the order comment "WITH TRACKING" and we'll send you a tracking number afterwards.
Return Policy
We do not take returns,

if an item is damaged email us the proof (scans or pictures) of the damage and we will either send you another one free of charge or refund you depending on stock.

In case a package don't turn out, we will only send the items again after they come back to us first. As a few isolated cases, if the package vanishes (never showing out either to the customer or to back to us) we can't take full responsibility. Please take contact with us for a partial refund or sending a second package at partial costs.
